DVD Box Sets - The Complete Series of Episodes and Movies
DVD Box Sets - With the popularity of DVD box sets, TV shows, movies, and other forms of media productions, there is now more of a reason to turn a great show, or movie into a hit series.
Since the arrival of the James Bond ultimate collector series box set, other, newer, and more modern box sets are becoming available. The Star Wars box set, the Simpsons box set, and the Seinfeld box set are all perfect examples of how a viewer can get all episodes, and all seasons, of their favorite shows and movies.
When a TV fan gets the complete series on DVD, they don't have to worry about commercials, interactions, or any other kinds of ads. If there is a interruption, the viewer can simply pause the DVD, and return to their favorite program later.
Simpsons Box Set
Custom media packaging such as the Simpsons boxed set offers a complete array of characters and colors being formatted, for the packaging of the box set itself. These unique different types of boxed sets provide value, and benefit for any avid fan.
Because the Simpsons are an integral part of American society - being that they are the longest airing show on the Fox network to date - it only does justice to make sure their episodes are available in a full package deal.
The only problem is that for the Simpsons, since the show is still going strong, there is no end date. This means that coming out with a boxed set of Simpsons DVDs is risky because there will eventually have to be more manufactured to accommodate for the fact that new Simpsons episodes will keep reappearing every Sunday until Matt Groening finally decides to throw in the towel.
Seinfeld Box Set
Another great example of a box set that adds tremendous value is the Seinfeld box set. A person, on the internet, or at a retail shop, who is searching for discounted box sets for this popular TV show might encounter the coffee-table box set as well as the refrigerator box set made popular by the best Seinfeld episodes.
These types of TV show boxed sets are the most valuable. It seems like the more popular the TV show the more attention to detail goes into customizing the box set packaging for uniqueness and originality. Overall, this leads to why some box sets end up being limited edition collector series box sets for the ultimate collector.
Star Wars Boxed Set
Star Wars fans would love the ultimate collectors edition box set for the sheer reason that there is lots of value in not just the Star Wars boxed set, but all of the Star Wars memorabilia that has been made popular over the years and will remain popular for generations to come.
Some call DVD box sets "DVD boxed sets", which means the same thing when looking for your favorite TV show series and seasons on DVD or Blu-Ray.
Complete Twilight Saga
The next box sets that should become available soon would have to be a complete Twilight saga, which will obviously be a collector's edition as well as one of the most highly anticipated movies of the years to come as a complete series.
The ability to find a DVD discount and stumble upon a complete series box set for TV shows is becoming increasingly common. You will find that the Friends Complete Box Set, 24 (The show with Keifer Sutherland), and Dexter (The hit Showtime TV Series)are quickly becoming the most popular out of all the boxed sets.
Revisiting Your Favorite Episodes
Re-watching your favorite TV shows and movies all at one time, in one package set is the best way to bring back really good experiences. TV lovers and movie lovers alike can benefit by this by bringing a box at home that encompasses all of these titles complete with custom packaging.
Final Thoughts
So the next time you watch Weeds, Dexter, Californication, Entourage or any other hit TV show or movie, consider the complete box set over the individual titles themselves. You will experience more value, get greater satisfaction, and have better packaging to display in your TV show or movie collection at home.

Now that my local pawn shop carries used tv shows on dvd sets for $10, I'd much rather collect them than buy a simple movie on a single disc. If the average one hour drama has a season of 22 episodes, its like having 22 movies for $10. Total coolness.
